San Juan Diego Mission
San Juan Diego is a mission of Sacred Heart Parish in Pinehurst, NC. and in turn belongs to the Diocese of Raleigh.

A private non-profit organization in Southern Pines, NC with a local board of directors whose mission is to make a measurable impact on the quality of life in the community by addressing essential human service issues.
Off-Road Outreach
Enriching the lives of homeless Veterans and others by providing meals, hot showers, clean clothes, and kindness from our Jeep. We also help reconnect our Veterans to the land they fought and sacrificed for through the True Patriot Inc. Patriot Therapy program, hoping to improve mental well being and camaraderie among Veterans from all branches of the United States Armed Forces.
Warrior Bridge
The NC Warrior Bridge program provides supported employment assistance and job placement to veterans and transitioning service members with disabilities and their families. The program assists with resource navigation, employment readiness, job development, job placement, job coaching, peer support, skill training and provides a barrier removal fund which helps with financial aid, housing and mental and physical health referrals.
Hope of Mooresville
Our vision is to provide restorative care in our community for those in a housing crisis. Hope of Mooresville provides temporary, safe shelter and support services to Mooresville’s homeless women and children.
Life Center – Troutman
Our mission is to see those struggling with the aftermath of abortion be completely set free, to come out of hiding and receive restorative ministry. All inquiries are confidential.

Roof Above is a comprehensive homeless service provider serving 1,200 people per day through a spectrum of services ranging from street outreach, day services, emergency shelter, and permanent supportive housing.

Veterans Bridge Home connects Veterans and their families, in any state of transition, to the community. Through our network of partners, we help Veterans navigate employment, create social connections, and settle their families.
